Privacy Policy

01The short version

damian.digital (the "Site") is the personal portfolio of Damian Dueñas. It's built to know as little about you as possible: it doesn't set cookies, doesn't run analytics, and has no forms. The only data that moves when you visit is the ordinary technical stuff every web request involves, sent to the services that host the Site and deliver its fonts and code. This page lists exactly who those are.

02What the Site collects

Nothing. Specifically, the Site has:

• No cookies, local storage, or other data saved in your browser
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind
• No user accounts, contact forms, comments, or newsletter

I don't see who visits, and nothing about your visit is gathered or stored by me.

03Hosting

The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages, operated by GitHub, Inc. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical information about requests, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the service running. I don't have access to these logs. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

04Fonts and code from third parties

To load its typography and animations, your browser fetches files directly from the services below. Each one receives your IP address and standard request headers (such as your browser type) as part of delivering the file. They don't receive anything else from the Site.

05Things that stay on your device

A few features run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere:

• The local time display is calculated from your device's clock.
• The Copy button writes my email address to your clipboard when you click it. It never reads your clipboard.
• The easter eggs (mining the block, the creeper, the splash text) are animations only; nothing about them is recorded.

06Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, including GitHub, LinkedIn, Instagram, NameMC, nullberry.dev, remixd.tech, and redstone.llc. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, and I'm not responsible for its practices.

07Email

If you email me at contact@damian.digital, your message reaches me through your own email provider and mine. I use what you send only to read and reply to it. It's never sold, shared, or added to a mailing list. Ask and I'll delete our correspondence.

08Children

The Site is for a general audience and isn't directed at children under 13. In line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), it doesn't knowingly collect information from children, or from anyone else.

09Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because the Site doesn't track visitors, there's nothing to opt out of. Every visit is treated as if Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control were switched on.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation may give you the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since the Site doesn't collect or keep personal data, there's usually nothing to request, but I'm happy to answer questions, delete any email correspondence, or point you to the right contact at the services listed above.

11Changes to this policy

If the Site ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, such as adding analytics or a contact form, this page will be updated, with a new date at the top, before that change goes live.
