Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 7, 2026
This website, damian.digital (the "Site"), is the personal portfolio of Damian Dueñas. Your privacy matters, and this Site is intentionally built to collect as little information about you as possible. This page explains what little data is involved when you visit, and where it goes.
1. Information This Site Collects
The Site does not collect, store, or sell personal information. Specifically, the Site has:
- No user accounts or registration
- No contact forms or comment sections
- No analytics or advertising trackers
- No cookies set by the Site itself
- No newsletter or mailing list
Browsing this Site does not require you to provide any personal information, and none is gathered behind the scenes by me.
2. Hosting and Server Logs
The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a static hosting service operated by GitHub, Inc. Like most web hosts, GitHub may log standard technical information about visitors for security and operational purposes, such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested. I do not have access to, nor do I use, this log data. You can read more in the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
3. Fonts and Third-Party Content
To render its typography, the Site loads font files from third-party content delivery networks:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), operated by Google LLC
- CDNFonts (fonts.cdnfonts.com), which serves the pixel font used in one section
When your browser fetches these files, those services receive your IP address and standard request headers, as is inherent to any web request. These requests are used only to deliver the font files. See the Google Privacy Policy for details on Google's handling of such requests.
4. External Links
The Site links out to third-party websites and profiles, including GitHub, LinkedIn, Instagram, NameMC, remixd.tech, redstone.llc, and nullberry.dev. Once you leave this Site, those destinations operate under their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their practices. Review their policies if you have concerns.
5. Email
If you choose to contact me through the email link on the Site, you do so through your own email provider. Any information you include in your message is used solely to read and respond to you. It is never sold, shared, or added to any marketing list.
6. Children's Privacy
The Site is a general-audience portfolio and is not directed at children under 13. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Site does not knowingly collect any information from children; in fact, it does not collect information from anyone.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. Because the Site does not track visitors in the first place, there is nothing to opt out of; every visitor is treated as if these signals were enabled.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since this Site does not collect or retain personal data, there is generally nothing to request, but you are always welcome to reach out with questions and I will do my best to help, including directing requests to the third-party services named above where appropriate.
9. Changes to This Policy
If the Site ever changes in a way that affects your privacy (for example, adding analytics or a contact form), this policy will be updated and the effective date above will change before those features go live.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to damianduenas06@gmail.com.
